Privacy Policy

We request only the information necessary to process your order, provide customer service or to supply you with email information. Estes does not sell customer information to any other party. We appreciate both your privacy and patronage. Basic information required for a purchase is name, address, email, shipping address, phone number and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). Estes will not retain record of your credit card number. To protect your individual privacy and security we will purge this information from our records. Again, this information is required to process the order and will not be sold to any other party whatsoever!

Shipping Policy

All purchased products are shipped at the expense of the customer. Most products are in inventory and will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of the order. Customer will be informed of shipping date if item requires any additional time to process the customer order. Products are generally shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS. The larger items (e.g., wooden posts and complete mailbox units which include wooden posts) would most likely be shipped via a common carrier. Common carrier deliveries are typically made curbside. Customers are responsible for paying all common carrier service charges (e.g., inside delivery and lift gate delivery as well as meeting specific delivery appointments). Most shipping charges will be estimated during the purchase process by the on-line Shipping Charge Calculator.

Return Policy

It is our sincere desire to provide excellent customer service to our customers. In order to return a purchased item you must contact our main office for a Return Authorization number. Returning without an authorization number will delay your refund and result in a $10.00 processing charge. Returns will only be refunded if the product is returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging materials. Some items are subject to a restocking fee. Estes will pay the return shipping charges if the item is defective or if you were sent the wrong item in error. All other shipping for returned goods is at the expense of the customer. We will credit you in the same manner as your original purchase within 6 working days of receiving the returned items.
